This is an exciting career opportunity to take a successful business and expand it further into the market. Initially, the position will be a higher percentage of time spent on sales, but as the company grows even more, the balance will shift to management and continual sales. Essentially, fill the pipeline, engage the resources, and manage the customer through the project.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling, presentations, customer engagement, and networking
• Generating opportunities to bid on projects
• Prospecting, quoting, and securing contract agreements; Building Automation, Energy Management, Wireless, Smart Building etc.
• Create the estimates/proposals initially, review and manage as the things grow
• Build/expand staff as the work increases

Requirements:

• Must have experience or knowledge with BMS and building controls
• Must have sales experience
• Must have estimating experience
• A demonstrated ability to network and cold call to establish relationships and uncover opportunities
• An excellent ability to manage business relationships and client interaction as well as the work with the team.
• A progressive compensation plan with future ownership potential.
